Currently we have two factories with 700 workers, covering 30,000 square meters. Located in Shenzhen and Yangzhou, both our factories use advanced equipment for daily mass production:

• 200 imported high-speed weaving looms, six beaming machines, two ironing and finishing machines, three high-temperature continuous dyeing machine and two multiple-use continuous dyeing machines turn out more than 500,000 yards of nylon and polyester ribbons
• 2,300 braiding machines output 300,000 yards of elastics
• 200 manual and automatic sewing machines produce 60,000 gift pouches
• 15 sets of cord-twisting machines and chainette machines roll out 80,000 tassels
• Four high-frequency welding machines for PVC bags
• Two die-cutting machines, one rotary-cutting machine, one ribbon-slitting machine, and one ultra-sonic welding machine for pull bows and fancy gift bows

Moreover, we have stocked organza sheer fabric in more than 40 colors, which allows fast delivery. Our in-house silk-screening workshop produces samples quickly and handles logo printing. And our braiding department makes decorative cords and tassels for pouch drawstrings.
