Every year, we reinvest 20 percent of our sales income into R&D. Five senior designers can finish 10 prototypes with layout and inner structure within only one day. Your new sample will be ready within 10 days. We develop up to 10 new models each month. Strictly following the original designs, eight molding engineers lead 20 molding staff and use CNC molding machines imported from Germany. They can output 50 molds every month.

We mainly source materials from Korea, Arabia and Taiwan. 36 inspectors with an average of 10 years' experience double check if they comply with the RoHS Directive and EN71 standards. Stringent QC procedures make sure each final product meets ISO, OSHA, CE, UL and FDA requirements.

In our factory, 450 staff operate 50 injection machines, 10 moving printing machines and 30 screen printing machines, turning out up to 100,000 units per month. All our products are for export. With an MOQ of 10,000 units, we deliver orders within 30 days.
